Purchases are not available yet. Once sales open, website orders will be covered by the 14-day policy below.
Request a refund within 14 days
You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Email us below with your order number and purchase email address. Do not send full card numbers or other payment credentials. The processing workflow and payment provider will be published alongside checkout.
License after a refund
After a refund, the order’s license and device activations are revoked. An offline Mac receives the revoked status the next time it successfully contacts the licensing service. Refunds do not delete local images.
Purchases from other channels
If purchasing through a third-party channel such as the App Store in the future, use that channel’s refund process. This notice does not affect rights provided by applicable law.
