Can’t access your purchase email?
If you only lost the receipt, verify your purchase email above to find your key. If you lost access to that mailbox, verify a new email and contact support for an ownership review. An order number alone cannot change your email.

Contact support with your request ID and payment evidence. Once ownership is verified, you receive a new key. The old key and device activations are revoked, so your Macs need reactivation. Nothing changes until the review is approved.
